Tools

Everything you'll sign in to at Arillus. Your Arillus email is the login for all of them.

Where you sit

Your function is your permanent home — it owns your growth, your reviews, and your leave approvals. Projects come and go; this doesn't.

Your group

Your group is where your career lives. Your group lead runs your 1:1s, approves your leave, collects feedback on your work across projects, and owns your appraisal. This is separate from whoever leads the projects you're staffed on.

Your career ladder

Levels are defined by scope, autonomy and impact — never by time served. A promotion recognises that you are already working at the next level, so the fastest route up is to take on that scope now and build the evidence. Full definitions live in the handbook.
